1.3. Cookies are used by the Operator to ensure the correct functioning of the Websites, analyze visitor behaviour, and improve their interaction with the Websites.

2. Terms and Definitions

Operator — [full name of the organization, OGRN, INN, legal address], processing the personal data of the Websites' users.

User — a natural person accessing the Websites using technical means.

Websites — the set of web pages published on the Internet at:

  • kemo.ru

3. Cookie Behaviour When Following Links from Telegram

3.1. When following links to the Websites from the Telegram messenger (including on mobile devices and computers), pages open in Telegram's built-in browser.

3.2. Telegram's built-in browser has its own isolated cookie storage, independent of the main browser installed on the User's device. This means that:

  • cookies saved while visiting the Websites through Telegram's built-in browser are not transferred to other browsers and are not synchronized with them;
  • when accessing the Websites through Telegram's built-in browser, you may need to log in again, even if you are already authenticated on the same sites in your main browser;
  • site permission settings (e.g., saved passwords, geolocation) are not remembered and do not carry over from the main browser.

3.3. Telegram's built-in browser:

  • has no extensions, including ad blockers and anti-tracking tools;
  • does not support incognito mode;
  • has no built-in feature to automatically clear cookies and cache.

3.4. Telegram does not use cookies for profiling or advertising. In accordance with Telegram's Privacy Policy, cookies are used solely to provide and configure its Services.

4. Types of Cookies We Use

4.1. Strictly necessary (technical) cookies

These cookies are necessary for the Websites to function. They provide basic features such as page navigation, access to secure areas, keeping the User's session, and language/region settings. Without these cookies, the Websites cannot work properly.

Legal basis: article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ (performance of a contract with the User).

4.2. Analytical cookies

These cookies allow us to count visits, identify traffic sources, and analyze User behaviour on the Websites in order to evaluate and improve them.

Services used: Yandex.Metrica.

Legal basis: User consent (part 1, article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

4.3. Marketing (advertising) cookies

These cookies are used to show advertising most relevant to you and your interests.

Services used: Yandex.Metrica.

Legal basis: User consent (part 1, article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

4.4. Functional cookies

These cookies allow the Websites to remember the choices you have made (e.g., language, region, font size) and provide enhanced, personalized features.

5. Cookie Retention Period

5.1. Session cookies — deleted automatically when the web browser is closed.

5.2. Persistent cookies — stored on your device until they expire or until you delete them.

6. Consent to the Use of Cookies

6.1. On first visiting the Websites, the User is shown a banner (pop-up notice) with information about cookie use and a request for consent.

6.2. By continuing to use the Websites, the User confirms consent to the processing of cookies in accordance with this Policy.

6.3. The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time by the means specified in section 7 of this Policy.

6.4. Consent to the use of cookies is stored for 12 months, after which it is requested again.

7. How to Manage Cookies and Withdraw Consent

7.1. Managing cookies in the main browser

The User can manage cookies through their web browser's settings:

  • delete all cookies already stored on the device;
  • configure the browser to block cookies from being set;
  • configure the browser to notify before cookies are set.

Instructions for popular browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies.
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Cookies.
  • Telegram (built-in browser): cookies are managed and cleared separately from the main browser — see section 7.2 of this Policy.

7.2. Managing cookies in Telegram's built-in browser

Since Telegram's built-in browser has its own cookie storage, it is managed separately.

Clearing cookies and cache:

  • On Android: Settings → Chat Settings → In-App Browser → Clear cookies, cache, and delete history.
  • On iOS: Settings → Data and Storage → Browser → Clear Cookies.
  • This action will also delete all cookies and cache of Telegram mini-apps and will sign you out of accounts on most sites.

Disabling Telegram's built-in browser (so links open in the main browser):

  • On Android: Settings → Chat Settings → turn off the "In-App Browser" option.
  • On iOS: Settings → Data and Storage → Browser → choose your preferred browser.

Please note: disabling or clearing cookies may affect the functionality of the Websites, and some features may become unavailable.

8.1. Data obtained through cookies may be transferred to:

  • partners and services specified in section 4 of this Policy (e.g., Yandex) — only in de-identified form, for analytics and advertising purposes;
  • government authorities — upon request under the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.2. Third-party services have their own cookie and data-processing policies.

9. Data Security

The Operator takes protective measures in accordance with article 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, including:
